The original ovens at the famous Poilane Bakery in Paris. The bakery has been in this location on rue du Cherchi-Midi since 1932. The full bread production now takes place in a huge warehouse-style bakery in the suburbs but this original location still maintains the traditional way of baking that famous sourdough bread.
