I thought all those crazy locks on the bridges in Paris would be gone.
I had read several articles about how the city was removing them because of the damage to bridges.
But, as you can see they are still around. I wonder if these were moved to this location or if this is a spot they haven't yet stripped of the tons of locks.

Wow! The power of LOVE!
Oh my! I was so sure they had been taken off too Sharon. In fact I thought I saw a story where they were actually removing them, maybe as you say, a different bridge!
This is insane. I read where the bridge was near collapse and they took all the locks and tossed them out. Maybe there were more than one bridge with locks? Your photos sure give a sense as ti to the massive numbers involved.
I'm sure the weight of all those locks has an impact on the structure of the bridge. Kind of crazy. But awesome shots.
They are hideous. A blight on the city. One of our bridges here attracts those.
Nuts to the locks. I like the Tennessee Walking Horse in the first picture.
Really! I thought they were gone, too, and I know they were removed from one of the most-damaged bridges. Lunacy.
